If your Kuli product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship during normal intended use, we will work with you to make it right.
What This Warranty Covers
This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures resulting from normal consumer use of authentic Kuli products purchased from Kuli or an authorized seller.
At Kuli’s discretion, approved claims may result in:
- Replacement of the product;
- Replacement with a comparable product; or
- Store credit or refund.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal cosmetic wear;
- Intentional damage, misuse, abuse, or neglect;
- Damage caused by improper installation or modification;
- Damage caused by accidents, impacts, excessive force, chemicals, or extreme conditions outside normal intended use;
- Lost or stolen products;
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers;
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance.
How Warranty Claims Work
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:
- Proof of purchase;
- A description of the issue; and
- Clear photos showing the product and defect.
Kuli may request additional photos or require the product to be returned for inspection before approving a claim.
In many cases, photo verification alone is sufficient.
Return and Shipping Requirements
Customers may be responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with warranty replacements.
If Kuli requests return of the original product, the warranty claim will not be completed until the item is received.
Products returned for inspection will not be returned to the customer.
Replacement Limits
This warranty is intended to protect customers against genuine product defects — not to provide unlimited product replacements.
Accordingly:
- Warranty coverage is limited to one replacement per product, order, or customer, at Kuli’s discretion;
- Replacement products do not restart or extend the original warranty period; and
- Kuli reserves the right to deny repeat claims that indicate misuse, abuse, or attempted exploitation of the warranty program.
Fraudulent or Abusive Claims
Kuli reserves the right to deny claims that are determined to be fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or inconsistent with normal use.
Examples include:
- Repeated claims for the same issue;
- Claims involving intentionally damaged products;
- Claims using altered or invalid proof of purchase;
- Claims submitted on behalf of other individuals; or
- Failure to provide requested documentation or product returns.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuli shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of its products.
Kuli’s total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
Disclaimer
This Limited Lifetime Warranty is the only express warranty provided by Kuli and replaces all other warranties to the extent permitted by law.
Some states do not allow certain warranty limitations or exclusions, so portions of this warranty may not apply to every customer.
